On Sunday, December 23, 2013, you, Mr. Sanger, told a caller on CSPAN’s Washington Journal that the New York Times had not found any evidence so far to suggest that the collapse of WTC Building 7 was caused by anything other than an indirect result of the airplanes flying into the Twin Towers. I am writing to tell you that the evidence is indeed there, and I urge you to look into it. 2,100 architects and engineers have signed a petition at AE911Truth.org calling for a new investigation based on this evidence. The following points are just a few from among the growing body of evidence that overwhelmingly supports the conclusion that Building 7 came down by controlled demolition.
• Building 7 accelerated downward at absolute free-fall for the first few seconds of its 7-second symmetrical collapse.
• However, a building cannot undergo free-fall if it is meeting any resistance from any of the columns below it, as any resistance would slow the building’s descent.
• Therefore, the lower section of the building could not have been “crushed” by the upper freely falling section.
• The destruction of at least 8 stories of the lower section of the building had to have been accomplished by other means, i.e. explosives or incendiaries, to allow the upper section of the building to fall through it in free-fall. Learn more about the free-fall of Building 7.
• There is clear evidence of melted steel at Building 7, first reported on by the NY Times, and incendiaries in numerous dust samples from Ground Zero.
As you well understand, the implications of the controlled demolition of Building 7 are extraordinary, since it is integral to the 9/11 events, and therefore the question of what happened to Building 7 is of the greatest importance. S. cotton and machinery.” (Ibid, Vol.11, p.226) Sutton also reports that “Chase National Bank and the Equitable Trust Company were leaders in the Soviet credit business.” (Ibid, p.277)
The Rockefeller’s Chase National Bank also was involved in selling Bolshevik bonds in the United States in 1928. Patriotic organizations denounced the Chase as an “international fence.” Chase was called “a disgrace to America… They will go to any lengths for a few dollars profits.” (Ibid, Vol.11, p.291)

Sutton shows that there is hardly a segment of the Soviet economy which is not a result of the transference of Western, particularly American, technology.

The United States has been financing and equipping both sides of the terrible Vietnamese war, killing our own soldiers by proxy. Again, the landscape painters in the mass media have kept the American public from learning this provable fact.
Not surprisingly, the Rockefellers have been leaders in championing this bloody trade. On January 16, 1967, one of the most incredible articles ever to appear in a newspaper graced the front page of the Establishment’s daily, the New York Times. Under the headline “Eaton Joins Rockefellers To Spur Trade With Reds” the article stated:
“An alliance of family fortunes linking Wall Street and the Midwest is going to try to build economic bridges between the free world and Communist Europe. The International Basic Economy Corporation, controlled by the Rockefeller brothers, and Tower International, Inc., headed by Cyrus S. Eaton Jr., Cleveland financier, plan to cooperate in promoting trade between the Iron Curtain countries, including the Soviet Union…”
International Basic Economy Corporation (IBEC) is run by Richard Aldrich, grandson of Federal Reserve plotter Nelson Aldrich, and Rodman Rockefeller (CFR). On October 20, 1969, IBEC announced that N M Rothschild & Sons of London had entered into partnership with the firm.”

I very much appreciate Mr. Allen because Gary gave Sir Antony Sutton credit for His Research; so many writers haven’t mentioned Antony’s Spot On – hard to believe – Revelations, which is a shame. Sir Sutton’s Western Technology and Soviet Economic Development, 1917 to 1930 went to the printers in 1968. In 1971 Antony published Western Technology and Soviet Economic Development, 1945 to 1965. After more research Antony published National Suicide; Military Aid to the Soviet Union in 1973, which was followed up in 1986 by The Best Enemy Money Can Buy. Bottom line – We have been had, and I’m trying to Show Everyone how bad.

In one of the least shocking moves in recent memory, Congress decided to gut the STOCK Act in an under-the-radar vote that crushed any hope for policy-making transparency. In modifying the STOCK Act, Congress killed the provision requiring congressional members and White House staff to post their stock transactions online.
The same day the bill was introduced, the Senate voted on the changes (with no public debate) in a nighttime voice vote. The House followed suit with a similar voice vote – and no debate – the very next day. The whole process happened so quickly that Harry Reid introduced the bill on April 11, and it was signed by President Obama on April 15.
You see, rather than build trust, our representatives would rather cover up criminal activity.
House Republican leaders even violated their much trumpeted promise to give the public three days to study any bill before holding a vote.
When the original STOCK Act was passed on April 4, 2012, the media ate it up. President Obama said it was the first step to “help fight the destructive influence of money in politics and rebuild the trust between Washington and the American people.”
But media coverage of the latest changes was virtually nonexistent compared to the triumphant proclamations of a year ago. And the president is dubiously silent this time around.
There’s a silver lining, though! Starting in 2014, the president, vice president, and members of Congress will once again have to disclose their trades. The problem is, the disclosures won’t be placed online where the public or journalists can easily review them. Instead, the disclosures will be extremely difficult to access. Why? National security.
That’s right. Whenever Washington passes an unpopular bill, they often justify it on the grounds of “national security.”
Tom Lee of the Sunlight Foundation explains the tactic this way: “This approach is known as ‘security through obscurity.’ Essentially, the idea is that rather than fixing a system’s flaws, you can just make the system opaque or unusable or unpopular enough that those flaws never surface.” End quote. How many times have the powers that be played their favorite ‘we can’t discuss that’ card due to the information Your request risks national security? The very same congress which has never demanded an audit of the federal reserve bankster cartel.

E.D.: “From the beginning of the famous Rothschild dynasty down to the present time Dr. Quigley gives a brilliant picture of the development of a closely-locked International Money Power. He quotes the famous statement made by Reginald McKenna, one-time British Chancellor of the Exchequer, and Chairman of the Midland Bank, who, in addressing a meeting of shareholders of the Bank on January 25, 1924, said, as recorded in his book, Post-War Banking, ‘I am afraid the ordinary citizen will not like to be told that the banks can, and do create and destroy money. The amount of finance in existence varies only with the action of the banks in increasing or decreasing deposits and bank purchases. We know how this is effected. Every loan, overdraft or bank purchase creates a deposit, and every repayment of a loan, overdraft or bank sale destroys a deposit.’
A number of public investigations have taken place since Reginald McKenna publicly said what the operators of credit creation had known for centuries, all demonstrating that trading banks create new finances when making loans and advances. Giving evidence before the New Zealand Royal Commission on monetary systems in 1955, Mr. H. W. Whyte, Chairman of the Associated Banks of New Zealand, readily agreed to the realities of credit creation. ‘They have been doing it for a long time, but they didn’t quite realise it, and they did not admit it. Very few did. You will find it in all sorts of documents, financial text-books, etc. But in the intervening years, and we must be perfectly frank about these things, there has been a development of thought, until today I doubt very much whether you would get many prominent bankers to attempt to deny that banks create credit.’ End quote.
To tie more banksters together please read four paragraphs penned by Keith Bradsher from a New York Times piece published on August 5th 1995, Keith: “In a small Swiss city sits an international organization so obscure and secretive that for many years visitors got lost looking for a small plaque next to an otherwise undistinguished doorway.
Control of the institution, the Bank for International Settlements, lies with some of the world’s most powerful and least visible men: the heads of 32 central banks, officials able to shift billions of dollars and alter the course of economies at the stroke of a pen. For years, the United States participated in the closed conclaves of the Basel-based bank only as an observer, having turned down a chance to join the bank upon its founding in 1930.” There Keith is mistaken as the first presidents of bis were Americans. Part 11 provides their names, their pilgrim society memberships and Leon bankster Fraser’s (the bis bank’s second president) cfr board member status.
Keith: “Fed officials defend the institution and its meetings as too valuable to ignore. “The information, understanding and analyses acquired at these meetings and through the statistical activities carried out under B.I.S. auspices contribute to more effective and more efficient policies,” the Fed said in a blandly worded article in its monthly bulletin, the closest it had ever come to announcing that it had joined the bank.
The Bank for International Settlements plays host to 10 closed-door meetings a year of top officials from the world’s 11 most powerful central banks. It coordinates the development of minimum capital standards — cushions against losses — for banks around the world; those standards have an indirect effect on interest rates and the availability of loans. And its staff does extensive research on topics of interest to central bankers, including influential work over the last few years on the risks and advantages of derivatives.” A Key in that paragraph is derivatives.
More from E.D.: “Governments do not govern, but merely control the machinery of government, being themselves controlled by the hidden hand. This provocative statement was made by a character in one of Benjamin Disraeli’s novels. The famous British Conservative Prime Minister of Jewish background used his novels to shed light on the suppressed realities of the world. Disraeli clearly was convinced that even in his times the ‘hidden hand’ was that of an international money power associated with revolutionary groups to subvert traditional society.
Controllers of the news media of the world insist that there is no such thing as a conspiracy operating behind national and international events, but themselves provide evidence of conspiracy by the manner in which they attempt to suppress or distort information which provides a strikingly different picture of world affairs to that generally presented.
When a senior South African Cabinet Minister, Mr. P. W. Botha, attacked the notorious American Council on Foreign Relations praised by Quigley in his work in 1973, stressing that it was dominated by Socialist-minded individuals and was subverting South Africans associated with it, there was a howl of rage and indignation from both the Afrikaans and English press of South Africa. The Pretoria News of September 6, 1973, said that it was ridiculous that an organisation chaired by Mr. David Rockefeller, the well-known international financier, could be pro-Communist. And then came the comment that Mr. David Rockefeller ‘can safely be presumed to have no interest in supporting an organisation dedicated to world socialism.’
Shortly afterwards, while visiting South Africa, Mr. Rockefeller described the Botha charges as ‘absurd’ but as will be seen in this examination of censored history, Mr. David Rockefeller and other international financiers have played a major role in financing Communism.
When he opened his Chase National Bank in Moscow in May, 1973, it was at the most prestigious address in Moscow: 1 Carl Marx Plaza. The Rockefellers have for a long time been financing and urging closer cooperation with the Communists. On November 25, 1959, Study No. 7, published by the Council on Foreign Relations, advocated ‘building a new international order which must be responsive to world aspirations for peace and for social and economic change… a new international order including states labeling themselves as ‘Socialist.’”
In May of 1973 David Rockefeller was urging American Congress to grant favoured nation status to the Soviet Union. As far back as 1955 David Rockefeller was saying that it was ‘politically foolish’ to ignore Communist China. In July, 1974, the Rockefeller Manhattan Bank started doing business with Red China, the first Western Bank to do this for 24 years. David Rockefeller urged that Red China also be given favoured nation status.
At a press conference in Hong Kong at the time of the Red China deal, David Rockefeller said that apart from the banking arrangement with the Red Chinese, he had discussed with them the possibility of links between the Council on Foreign Relations and the Chinese People’s Institute for Foreign Relations. ‘I think they were very much interested in knowing more about how we conduct foreign relations and our attitudes on many subjects’, he said.
As the amazing Dr. Henry Kissinger has played a major role in advancing closer relations between the United States and both Communist China and Communist Russia his background is of importance. Before Richard Nixon was first elected President in 1968, Kissinger rather contemptuously said that he was unfitted to be the President of the United States. Kissinger had worked for the Rockefellers for years. He is a One World advocate. But when elected Nixon’s first major appointment was Dr. Henry Kissinger as his personal adviser on foreign affairs, thus demonstrating the source of real power in the United States. It was Kissinger who prepared the way for the dramatic Nixon change of attitude towards Peking, a victory for the policies of International Finance. Kissinger negotiated the ‘peace-with-honour’ deal in South Vietnam, leaving South Vietnam with no peace and the prospect of ultimate take-over by the Communists.” End quote.
Let’s see who did George skull sr., David maggot sr. and Evelyn ratschild initially choose to head up the 9/11 commission? Antony Sutton’s carefully documented studies shatters completely the most dangerous myth ever presented to a gullible mankind; a myth accepted by non-Communists as well as Communists and their fellow-travelers. The myth was once stated to me as follows by a young first-year school teacher: ‘Communism has certainly been responsible for brutalities with which we cannot agree. But starting with an impoverished Russia in 1917, Communism has in the face of bitter opposition from the capitalist world, progressively built the Soviet Union up to the stage where it is one of the great super-powers in the world. Like tens of millions of other people, that teacher was reflecting an image created by the instruments of modern centralised propaganda.” End quote. Hmm – propaganda, one of the secret societies’ favorite tactics.
Two of the most informative Books available online are Sir Antony Sutton’s The Best Enemy Money Can Buy and America’s Secret Establishment: An Introduction to The Order of Skull & Bones. Reading those two Books cuts through the propaganda spun by the mainstream media. Unfortunately it seems as if there’s an organized effort to keep Sutton’s Research suppressed. On rare occasions the media provides insight into how sorry many u.s. government’s agencies are. One example occurred in December 2007 when WFFA, Channel 8 in Dallas, Texas broke the story about the u.s. export-import loaning millions to individuals with known ties to the Juarez and Sinaloa drug cartels. Three paragraphs: “The probe originally revealed that small business loans sponsored by the Export-Import Bank of the United States were made to non-existing companies for equipment that wasn’t even real.
Now News 8 has discovered that some of the people who got the Ex-Im Bank loans may have drug connections. The $243 million worth of bad loans were originally made to help trade with Mexico. The loans have been linked to the Juarez drug cartel, which is known for its brutal murders. The cartel killed one dozen people and buried them in a suburban backyard across the border from El Paso. Another loan was linked to the Sinaloa drug cartel, whose business is smuggling heroin into the United States.
The federally funded Ex-Im Bank apparently backed loans to people affiliated with both cartels and the Mexican drug trade. Out of $243 million in the medium-sized loans the Ex-Im Bank backed in Mexico from 2003 through 2005, less than $25 million was ever repaid. The bank, a federal agency, declined to be interviewed on camera by News 8.” End quote.
Those who have read The Best Enemy Money Can Buy are aware of some of the loans made by the ex-im bank to build the U.S.S.R., and the same damn ex-im bank has made loans to build mainland China at U.S. Tax-Payer expense.
In Appendix F Antony lists U.S. companies involved in treasonous activities from 1960-1985. They include AEC (atomic energy), Chase Bank, American Express, General Motors, Ford Motors, General Electric, Alcoa, Boeing, Bechtel, Raytheon, Dresser Industries, IBM, Sperry Rand, Standard Oil, Occidental Petroleum, Monsanto, Intel, Data Corp., McDonnell Douglas, Dupont, Xerox and Lockheed to point out a few.
Which federal agency besides the cia would have been monitoring the communications back and forth setting up the deals? You guessed it, none other than the bilderberg attending national security agency (nsa).
Today is January 4th and on December 30th I read one of the best online posts breaking down the nsa. The piece was written by Mr. T.C. Sottek and posted by The Verge. Mr. Sottek begins with a quote by senator Frank Church in 1975 on Meet The Press. Frank: “I know the capability that is there to make tyranny total in America, and we must see to it that this agency and all agencies that possess this technology operate within the law and under proper supervision, so that we never cross over that abyss. That is the abyss from which there is no return.”

It collects billions of records every year, many belonging to ordinary US citizens with no suspicion of wrongdoing.
Nearly each week since June 5th when The Guardian published the first Snowden documents, new internal files and facts about bulk NSA surveillance have been released. Snowden is said to have leaked upward of 50,000 files from the government. The journalists to whom he’s passing the data, like Glenn Greenwald, say more revelations are coming.” Please give some thought to why every time Someone tries to do the Right Thing, They are labeled as traitors or criminals by the powers that be? Bradley Manning, Julian Assange and Edward Snowden are three examples. Peter 20 year house of rats member King asked Hillary bilderberg, sec. of state Clinton to categorize Mr. Assange’s Wikileaks as a foreign terrorist organization. Signals intelligence, or SIGINT, encompasses the interception of electronic signals and communications intelligence, and was an enormous factor in 20th-century wars and diplomacy. In World War I, when radio was still a novel concept, the US and other nations primarily gained access to communications by tapping undersea telephone cables. The United States entered World War I after British intelligence intercepted a coded telegram in which the German Empire proposed that Mexico join Europe’s Central Powers, if the US joined the fight on the side of Britain and France.
The role of SIGINT was dramatically expanded in World War II, which was a truly global war with widespread use of radio and encoded communications. Cryptography and cryptanalysis were essential to all sides, and intensive code-breaking efforts aided Allied forces greatly in their victory.
In 1952, President Harry alfalfa club, master mason Truman issued a memo which led to the creation of the National Security Agency, consolidating the military’s SIGINT responsibilities. But according to critics, it has systematically dodged or violated federal law in doing so.”

Documents leaked this year have revealed that the NSA is operating a massive global surveillance network, one that once seemed only possible in Hollywood fantasy, and that privacy advocates and some politicians fear is highly intrusive, dangerous, and unwarranted. Furthermore, the surveillance of US citizens appears to go well beyond the NSA’s explicit charge of collecting data “for foreign intelligence and counterintelligence purposes” as set forth in Executive Order 12333. Instead of just collecting data on foreigners, the NSA now appears to want all available communications data in the pursuit of terrorists.
Intelligence
If you have a phone and a computer, it’s likely that practically everything you do generates a signal: your bank records, your emails, your phone calls, your text messages, and your sexy Snapchats. At some point, they’re likely to be handled by companies like Google, Facebook, Apple, or AT&T. And like the NSA, your records live on the network.
Unlike documents in a safe or money in a bank vault, your electronic files probably aren’t sitting in one place, especially if they’re handled by global service providers like Google or Yahoo. In the age of global cloud data, it’s possible (even likely) that information you store with a US company is exchanged between servers located outside of US borders.
Because of legal restrictions regarding how the NSA is able to collect and search data, there’s an important distinction between the types of intelligence that the agency scoops up. There’s “content,” which is, naturally, the substantive matter of your communications. That includes the stuff inside your emails, the things you say in your phone calls, and the family photo album you store in Dropbox.
Then there’s “metadata,” which is “data about data:” it’s information about your content. For phone records that includes data like the times, addresses, and durations of phone calls. For email addresses that includes stuff like the IP addresses and the email addresses of the sender and recipient, and the date and time of the email.
DOWNSTREAM
One of the NSA’s largest downstream efforts is the “Associational Tracking Program,” a telephone surveillance dragnet which collects phone call metadata from companies including AT&T, MCI, Sprint, and Verizon. A 2006 report from USA Today suggested that the NSA’s goal was to “create a database of every call ever made” within the United States. In June, The Guardian published a secret court order which requires Verizon on an “ongoing, daily basis” to hand the NSA information on all telephone calls made within the US and between the US and other countries: including the numbers of both parties on a call, location data, call duration, unique identifiers, and the time and duration of calls. Obviously, with such a comprehensive and indiscriminate dragnet, millions of phone records are routinely collected on citizens who are not suspected of any wrongdoing.
The other notable downstream effort, also revealed by The Guardian with help from Edward Snowden, is PRISM: a surveillance program that allows the government to store and search for content belonging to people who use services from Google, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, AOL, Yahoo, and other companies. PRISM is an extension of President Bush’s “Terrorist Surveillance Program,” which began with, as the AP reported on June 15th, in-person data requests from the FBI in the years following 9/11. The requests were so extensive that, according to the AP, some inside Microsoft called it “Hoovering” after FBI director J. Edgar master mason Hoover, who notoriously dug up dirt on Americans with impropriety.
Shortly after details about the bulk telephone surveillance program and PRISM were revealed, President bilderberg Obama confirmed their existence, and defended them as limited, legal programs which help to prevent terror attacks. Since the president’s admission, intelligence community officials and supporters in Congress have mounted similar defenses of the programs.
UPSTREAM
When PRISM was originally reported, The Washington Post and The Guardian suggested something about the program more sinister than reality: that the NSA had “direct access” to the servers of major email and electronic communication providers. While Google, Facebook, and other companies implicated in PRISM collaboration flatly denied any arrangement that would hand the NSA unfettered access to data, the back-and-forth over direct access was window dressing to the NSA’s much larger effort: upstream collection, which sucks data directly from the internet as it passes through the cables that make up the network.
The NSA has developed partnerships with telecommunications companies and foreign intelligence-gathering agencies to gain access to international fiber-optic cables, switches, and routers, allowing it to pull enormous volumes of information from the internet. The most egregious example of the partnership between a telecom giant and the US government came seven years ago, when former technician Mark Klein revealed that the NSA had installed network routing equipment inside a secret room called “641A” at an AT&T switching hub in San Francisco. It’s still unclear how many access points the NSA has developed.
The NSA’s data doesn’t just come from its own wiretaps. As The Guardian notes, most of the world’s communications pass through the US or the UK, giving the NSA a “home-field advantage” when it comes to intercepting traffic. On June 21st, The Guardian reported that the NSA’s British counterpart, the Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ), also taps fiber-optic lines to intercept and store massive amounts of data on the web. Through a program called Tempora, the data is shared between the UK and the NSA, which have maintained an intimate relationship since World War II.” There we have another example of the anglo-american establishment walking hand in hand behind the scenes.
“Of course, some of the data that passes over those cables is encrypted, and while it’s still not likely that the NSA is able to crack the most powerful standards with brute force, the agency has explored other methods for making encryption a moot point. Over the years, the NSA has worked to insert backdoors in cryptographic standards; the agency has purposefully spread at least one bad algorithm, and NSA algorithms are the basis for many products, including some that protect sensitive government data. The National Institute for Standards and Technology, a federal group that sets national standards for data protection, is now reviewing all of its previous cryptographic recommendations as a result of allegations of NSA meddling. Cryptographers still don’t know how widespread the issue is.
Even more troubling than public internet wiretaps, a November 4th report from The Washington Post revealed that the NSA, through a project called MUSCULAR, allegedly exploits data links in Google and Yahoo’s global networks to tap user data before it’s encrypted. Such data collection is roughly the kind that so worried privacy advocates when PRISM was initially reported, except that this kind of “direct access” to Google and Yahoo’s data is unauthorized by the tech companies. In response to the report, Google executive Eric Schmidt told The Wall Street Journal that “it’s really outrageous that the National Security Agency was looking between the Google data centers, if that’s true.”

“BEYOND COUNTERTERRORISM
Aside from its recent foray into mass data collection for counterterrorism purposes, part of the NSA’s core mission is foreign intelligence. While this activity presents different concerns from the legal issues surrounding collection of data on US citizens, revelations about NSA spying on foreign nations, political leaders, diplomats, militaries, and other organizations has nonetheless caused the US government a great deal of consternation in recent months.
Given the NSA’s original mandate, it’s no real surprise that the agency spies on foreign governments, but several Snowden leaks regarding foreign spying have shed light on the extent of the NSA’s capabilities. The governments of France, Brazil, Germany, and others have harshly criticized US spying efforts, causing an immeasurable amount of diplomatic blowback. But they, too, likely conduct analogous intelligence-gathering efforts; on November 5th, Brazil admitted to spying on US diplomats after it blasted NSA surveillance of the same kind.
While governments spying on each other may not be a surprise to anyone, the leaks show how the NSA has been able to conduct serious intelligence-gathering operations without significant oversight. On October 24th, The Guardian reported that the NSA spied on the phone calls of 35 foreign leaders, including Germany’s Angela Merkel, without the knowledge or approval of President Obama. Obama allegedly spent five years in office without knowing that the NSA was spying on world leaders because, by the NSA’s own account, the agency was conducting too many operations for the president to keep track of.”
Why would nsa be listening to and reading Merkel’s emails? It is all about blackmail. When one of the power brokers steps out of line, blackmail is used to put them back in line, or remove them; it is that simple. Fact: the wolves are cannibalistic; they have no problem eating one of their own. And please don’t lose sight of Merkel was a damn bilderberg before she was made Germany’s chancellor.
Eight more paragraphs: “The government uses several legal pegs to justify its mass surveillance program. Some are based on outdated laws, like the 1986 Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), while others are based on technical definitions of things like “surveillance” and metadata, which have separate conventional and legal understandings. Even the meaning of “data collection” is up for grabs; in a June 9th interview with NBC’s Andrea alfalfa, bilderberg, pratt Mitchell, the director of national intelligence, James Clapper, deflected criticism for bulk surveillance, saying that “collection of US persons’ data would mean taking [a] book off the shelf and opening it up and reading it.” (The intelligence community argues that unless it actually looks at the data it collects, it hasn’t actually collected any data).
The rules governing what kind of data the government can collect on you from the internet aren’t the same as those which keep it from rifling through your filing cabinet. The ECPA, a law established before things like Gmail existed, allow the government to seize massive amounts of data without warrants, with impunity. Under the ECPA, law enforcement can search your email without a warrant as long as they’ve been stored on cloud servers for at least 180 days and have been declared “relevant” to an investigation, which is a fairly low bar for the government to meet.
Protection for metadata is even worse. An important 1976 court decision in Smith v. Maryland established the government’s key defense of metadata collection. Using the “third party” doctrine, the court decided that the data generated by using telecommunications, like phone call records, count as data “given” to a third party. This means that you have no “reasonable expectation” of privacy for telecommunications metadata. One federal judge even suggested recently that the only way you should expect privacy is to keep your phone turned off.
The ECPA and Smith v. Maryland don’t authorize the kind of mass spying we now see today, but compliment other laws that have been interpreted in secret to allow mass surveillance. The NSA’s surveillance programs rely on two key statutes, section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act (FAA) and Section 215 of the Patriot Act. The FAA allows the collection of communications content under programs like PRISM, while the Patriot Act authorizes the collection of metadata from phone companies.
There is currently no clear path to reform. All three branches of US government have, in some measure, enabled, allowed, or justified the existence and continued use of unprecedented NSA programs that collect data on American citizens.
President bilderberg Obama, who is the NSA’s top brass as commander-in-chief of the US military, has shown no genuine interest in reforming the agency. In addition to broadly defending the bulk surveillance programs before the public, his NSA review panel — created in response to leaks from Edward Snowden — is filled with insiders who are unlikely to provoke change.
Congress, which is responsible for oversight of the intelligence community, is currently divided on the issue of mass surveillance. It has arguably failed to fully meet its oversight role, neglecting to collect adequate information from the NSA about its activities, and opting not to hold intelligence officials accountable for blatantly lying to Congress and the public. For instance Director of National Intelligence James Clapper and NSA Director Keith bilderberg Alexander each, in separate Congressional hearings, testified that the NSA was not collecting data on US persons. In fact, it has been collecting data on billions of phone records and other information belonging to US citizens.
The current chair of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, Senator Dianne alfalfa, bilderberg, pratt, trilateral Feinstein (D-CA), is one of the most ardent supporters of NSA bulk surveillance and originally downplayed the Verizon leak as business-as-usual. In October, Feinstein took out an op-ed in USA Today, arguing that metadata deserves no Fourth Amendment protection. On October 31st, Feinstein passed an NSA “improvement” bill in Congress offering no real reform; in fact, the Feinstein bill legitimizes the mass data collection that has so far been justified in secret.” End quote. I don’t understand how Californians have voted for Feinstein all these years; it makes no sense to me.
Let the record show Barack Obama and Keith Alexander go way back. Everyone’s proof – nsa director Alexander was invited to bilderberg 2008 with Barack and Hillary. That can be confirmed or denied by Microsoft’s Craig pratt rat Mundie. Bottom line – of course Goggle, Facebook, Pay Pal, Amazon and Microsoft etc. will deny being in bed with the cia, fbi and nsa. In regards to Leahy, I know of two times when he told the truth, once was on September 17, 2008 when discussing the anthrax letters with Robert cover-up Mueller. The fbi said Dr. Bruce Ivins was the sender of the letters and he acted alone. Leahy: “I believe there are others involved, either as accessories before or accessories after the fact, I believe that there are others out there. I believe there are others who could be charged with murder.” Leahy wouldn’t come out and say it, so I will; the cia was behind the anthrax letters.
