https://cdn.cfr.org/sites/default/files/book_pdf/Continuing_The_Inquiry.pdf Let’s open the cfr’s (they wrote it and posted it) history booklet to page 11. We are reading from the new forward typed by cfr president Richard bilderberg in 2004 Haass begins with:

IN CONTINUING THE INQUIRY Peter Grose offers a lively history of the Council from its founding in 1921. Since those early days, the basic identity of the Council remains what it was: an independent, nonpartisan foreign policy think tank and membership organization….We have the gist, a history book so let’s move along.

The last paragraph on page 11 and all of page 12.

Haass: The vision of the Council as a truly national organization has been realized. National members now make up more than one-third of the total membership, with the other two-thirds divided between New York and Washington, DC. National members participate in programming in twelve cities across the country, as well as London. They also stay closely linked to Council events in New York City and Washington through tele conferences, webcasts, and, more recently, podcasts. June 2006 marked our eleventh annual National Conference, with 389 participants.
The Term Member Program, intended to train the next generation of foreign policy leaders, has flourished as well. Elected between the ages of 30 and 36 to five-year terms, our more than 500 term members enjoy a full schedule dedicated to their interests. Notable recent events include a trip to India and meetings with officials of U.S. government agencies such as the CIA and the Department of State. Term members also participate in general meetings and make valuable contributions to the broader Council community.
Following the attacks of September 11, 2001, Les Gelb inaugurated what he referred to as “Goal Four”: an outreach strategy designed to cultivate the Council’s unique ability to be a resource for a public increasingly attuned to foreign affairs. The Council’s characteristically informed, non partisan analysis was shared via its website, with pages devoted to “Terrorism Q&A” and “Campaign 2004,” and through heightened Independent Task Force activity, publications, press briefings, and on-the-record meetings.
In my three years as president of the Council, I have endeavored to build upon Les’s achievements. Our Studies Program, the intellectual heart of the Council, consists of approximately two dozen full-time and two dozen part-time scholars, and each year it produces an impressive array of books, articles, and op-eds that enrich the policy debate. Programming for members is vibrant and increasingly creative, due in part to collaborations with HBO, PBS, and others. The Washington Program is stronger than ever and has successfully engaged both Capitol Hill and the diplomatic community. Our Corporate Program boasts more than 250 member companies and completed its second annual conference in March. In addition to Independent Task Force reports, each year we publish numerous Council Special Reports—concise policy briefs designed to respond rapidly to a developing crisis or emerging policy debate—and other timely publications. The Council’s website, CFR.org, has been transformed into what we believe is the best site anywhere for information on and analysis of foreign policy. With a paid circulation of 140,000, Foreign Affairs’ quality, range, and reach is nothing less than stellar. Representing the very best in their respective fields, our members—life, term, and corporate—continue to contribute incredible energy and talent to the Council and its many programs. And recently, the Council has extended its outreach efforts to connect with and serve as a resource for those individuals who too often are absent from the foreign policy debate, but whose participation, understanding, and voices are critical to the national debate. This year the Council is systematizing its outreach to religious and congregational leaders, to university professors, administrators, and students, and to state and local officials.
All this activity does not obscure our core commitment to preserve the Council’s mission and identity. Despite the impressive growth and activity of the past decade, the Council continues to be a place where members can rely on open, informed discussion. They, and our staff of approximately 200 in New York and Washington, remain devoted to the ideal of nonpartisan ship set out by the Council’s founders eighty-five years ago. The Council’s ability to sustain this tradition, while contributing to the public debate and serving as a resource on an ever-expanding range of foreign policy issues, is a testament to the strength, wisdom, and value of this institution. It is an honor and a responsibility to serve as its president.

Richard N. Haass
President
Council on Foreign Relations
June 2006

After the opening Haass lays out where the majority of the cfr’s members are located, and the rats’ close ties with London, specifically chatham house, a pack of like-minded hyenas founded/whelped in 1920.

In 2004, 2004 Bilderberg Meeting Participant List | Public Intelligence two with Haass in Italy were senator John democrat Edwards (Kerry’s running mate) and Pat CBN Robertson protege, Ralph republican Reed, who chaired the Southeast Region for Bush-Cheney 2004 re-election campaign. Reed is the founder of the Faith & Freedom Coalition, another group dedicated to keeping Everyone in the dark about 9/11. Leadership – Faith & Freedom Coalition (ffcoalition.com)

The cfr’s Campaign 2004 would have been a laughable read, George bones jr. running against John skull Kerry. Everybody in skull & bones knows who the rest of the ivy league secret society members are. The bones founded cia handles that. And what All of US should understand is: each of the ivy league’s black-hearted societies walk arm to arm, work hand in hand, side by side; a united screw The People conglomerate; thousands upon thousands of them.

One example: George bones junior’s crooked attorney general, John Ashcroft is a member of yale’s st. elmo. Ashcroft’s son Jay, also a yale grad, is Missouri’s sec. of stateTap secrets of Yale societies – Yale Daily News The elmo pack is a member of yale’s “ancient eight” with skull & bones, book & snake, scroll & key, mace & chain, elihu, wolf’s head and berzelius. Is Jay a damn elmo, or bones or wolf’s head etc.? I don’t know, but We All Know his father, the head of the dept. of corruption/justice department, played major roles in the mass murder  9/11 was, and the cover-up that followed.

THREATS AND RESPONSES: A WHISTLEBLOWER; Agent Who Saw 9/11 Lapses Still Faults F.B.I. on Terror – The New York Times (nytimes.com) The fbi’s Coleen Rowley is still part of the disinformation chain, I had hoped by now she would Tell The Truth. I tracked in her direction around 4 months ago and Coleen was still selling the same worn-out disinformation – an example of fbi propaganda.

The defense intelligence agency (dia) trotted out lt. colonel Anthony Shaffer for another dose of disinformation – able danger program – which identified Saudi Mohammed Atta beforehand as a potential high-jacker. That too received a lot of play in the pressperhaps the attacks could have been prevented, but that was a dose of dia disinformation to keep Folks distracted to prevent real focus on the event itself. I don’t know if Shaffer has admitted The Truth about September 11, 2001. If he has, I’m not aware of it.

I don’t know why Haass felt the need to type: …and on-the-record meetings. To close his paragraph about 9/11, but am glad he did, as he informed everyone most meetings are off the record due to the cfr practices the chatham house rule which guarantees no accountability for all that is said and decided upon.

A “ring knocker” (an academy grad) up to speed with the chatham house rule is the current sec. of defense, former four-star gen., Lloyd James cfr rat Austin III. Lloyd is a hudson high grad, meaning West Point, and another who swears his allegiance to the powers that be. Council on Foreign Relations (cfr.org)  due to the FACT Austin is one of them. (link is the 2024 cfr rats roster)

Let’s leave Haass and 2006 and move ahead four years to 2010. It was either in 2009 or 2010 when I visited the cfr’s website and read Susan cfr, trilateral Rice had campaigned for Barack Obama inside the cfr’s northern den, the harold pratt house in NYC during campaign 2008.

In 2007, I emailed the trilateral commission and asked for a list of the current members. I mentioned my Daughter (Marie) graduated from high school With Honors and was attending a university in Brisbane, Australia. And my Son (Will) was set to attend the University of Florida on an academic scholarship. Since the wolves want bright young minds, I was sure they would reply and they did; with the lists for 2005, 06 and 07. So when I read Susan Rice was stumping for Obama, I knew Barack was trilateral pack *executive committee approved.

Trilateral Commission Membership 2007 | PDF | Center For Strategic And International Studies | Brookings Institution (scribd.com) An *asterisk by the wolf’s name designates their executive committee status. Please verify that for yourself. As I understand Susan Rice is a protege of Madeline bilderberg, cfr, trilateral Albright, another who dined with the alfalfa club. Her father, an ivy league professor joined the cfr and daddy Rice was one of the first blacks to be a member of the damn federal reserve  bankster/gangster screw The People system. To keep this brief, Susan Rice is a legacy, a product of her upbringing.

The other big shot stumping for Obama inside the harold pratt house in 2008 was Austan skull & bones, class of 1991 Goolsbee. Hmm, Obama is a bones’ bitch. Please track for yourselves the posts Goolsbee held in the Obama/Biden administration. Fact: bones Goolsbee and skull Kerry were Barack’s primary day to day handlers. And Barack loved every race-baiting minute of it. Quick question: who put Barack harvard/haahvard, ivy league Obama in the senate in 2006 in order to next catapult him into the oval office in 2008?

More info I learned in either 2009 or 2010 is the cfr has a father & son, father & daughter night, and professional race baiter, reverend Jesse master mason, cfr rat Jackson brought one of his for the black-tie evening.

Four more trilateral wolves with Rice in 2007 besides H. Kissinger and David Rockefeller sr. are Richard cfr president Haass, then house of rats member Charles Rangel (NY), former house of rats member (MO) Richard Gephardt, Winston skull & bones Lord and George cfr Tenet; the CITIZEN murdering – cia director on SEPTEMBER 11, 2001. AMERICA, George J. Tenet’s mentor is David alfalfa club, skull & bones, class of 1963 Boren. (pic was taken in 1994, Boren is on the left)

…On Sept. 11 he was eating breakfast at the St. Regis hotel in Washington with David Boren, the former Senator from Oklahoma with whom Tenet had worked closely during his days on the Intelligence Committee. When the planes slammed into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, the post–Cold War era was officially over. The United States had been attacked, and plenty of people in Washington who may have had a different opinion on Sept. 10 realized the CIA mattered after all.
As is now widely known, Tenet impressed President Bush with his and the Agency’s performance after Sept. 11…Please read the entire piece, it contains a mountain of useful information. And how could there be a quote cold-war when our guvment and England built the Soviet Union?

June 3, 2004 – from the link:

WASHINGTON University of Oklahoma President David Boren, who helped place George Tenet on the trajectory toward the nation’s top intelligence job, said Thursday that the outgoing CIA director made the U.S. intelligence community much stronger in the past seven years.

“I hate to think about where the U.S. would have been after 9/11 if George Tenet had not already greatly expanded education and training programs for human agents”, Boren said in a prepared statement.

Boren, a former U.S. senator, has a strong connection to Tenet. Boren served as chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence from 1986 to 1992 and picked Tenet as the panel’s chief of staff.

“While improvements still need to be made, the U.S. intelligence community is much stronger today because George Tenet has served as the director of the CIA for the past seven years, Boren said.

Ladies and Gentlemen, enough for today. Plan to type tomorrow.
